Voice Bot Pricing

Transparent, usage-based pricing for automated voice conversations. Two one-time fees build and evolve your bot; one simple per-minute rate runs it.

One-time setup · per journey

A single build fee per journey (one complete, end-to-end conversation flow). It covers building your bot and refining it with you during ramp-up until it works the way you want. Additional languages for the same journey are offered at a reduced fee.

New journey / major flow change

Applies when you add a new journey, or make a major change to the conversation flow of an existing one. Everyday wording and prompt refinements are always free.

In short: a one-time fee builds your bot, a simple per-minute rate runs it, and a change fee applies only when you reshape the conversation.

Terms & conditions

  1. Billing. Voice usage is billed per minute of connected call time.
  2. Commitment & rate. Your per-minute rate is set by the volume of minutes you commit each month — a higher monthly commitment unlocks a lower rate.
  3. Overage. Usage beyond your monthly commitment is billed at your committed slab rate, with no premium or surcharge.
  4. Commitment term. Your committed volume is fixed for the calendar month and can be revised from the following month onward.
  5. Changes after go-live. Wording and prompt refinements are complimentary. Adding a new journey, or a major change to an existing conversation flow, is chargeable as set out above.
  6. Languages & validity. All supported languages run at the same per-minute rate; language affects only the one-time build. This pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  7. Taxes. All prices are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are charged at prevailing rates.
